The UPC2 Caffeine Standard is intended to assess the reproducibility of the ACQUITY UPC2® System. Separation details can be obtained from the installation method and project.

The UPC2 Gradient Standard is intended to assess reproducibity of the ACQUITY UPC2® System using a gradient separation. Separation details are obtained from the installation method and project.

UPC2 QC Reference Material [186007950]
The UPC2 Quality Control Reference Material provides convergence chromatographic performance information for both chiral and achiral modes. It is designed for use with all ACQUITY UPC2 Columns (including Trefoil, Torus and Viridis) . This four compound mixture was optimized with the following key chromatographic performance (inclusive of mobile-phase pH) factors in mind:
- Compounds are well separated and cover a wide chromatographic elution range
- Contains a chiral compound to test chiral separation power (trans-stilbene oxide)
- Contains an ionizable compound, to test mass spectrometer performance (sulfamethoxazole 254 m/z)
- All four compounds are compatible with UV detection
